Accumulator Bet Helper
Add up several picks and watch the combined odds build your potential payout.
How to Use This Calculator
- Pick the odds format you’d like to work in (Decimal, Fractional, or American)
- Type in your total stake
- Add the odds for each of your selections
- Mark how each leg finished: Won, Lost, or Void
- Use the + button to add extra selections whenever you need them
- Check the combined odds, total return, and profit
Heads up: If even one selection loses, the whole accumulator goes down. A void selection is counted as odds of 1.0, so that part is simply refunded.
Formula
Combined Odds = Odds₁ x Odds₂ x Odds₃ x … (all decimal odds multiplied)
Total Return = Stake x Combined Odds
Profit = Total Return - Stake
Void legs are removed from the calculation (odds become 1.0). If any leg loses, the total return is $0.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is an accumulator bet?
An accumulator (often shortened to ‘acca’) rolls several selections together into a single bet. Every selection has to win for the bet to pay anything, and because the odds are multiplied together, even a small stake can lead to a big return.
What happens to my bet if one leg is void?
When a selection is voided, say a match gets postponed, it simply drops out of the accumulator. The bet carries on with the legs that remain, just at lower combined odds.
Is there a limit to how many selections I can include?
In theory there’s no limit, though most bookmakers cap accumulators at roughly 20 selections. As a quick guide, a 2-fold is called a double, a 3-fold is a treble, and anything from 4 upwards is usually known as an accumulator.
